Why “no signal” message is shown on the screen?
1. The signal cable is not well connected.
Please check whether the signal cable is well connected between the monitor and your device.
2. The signal cable is broken.
Please make sure the signal cable works well by trying to connect to other devices.
3. The incorrect input source is selected.
Please press hotkey to select the correct input source.
4. The input and output on the monitor are misconnected.
For video in, make sure the signal cable connects to the "IN" port on the monitor. For loop-through out, make sure the signal cable connects to the "OUT" port on the monitor.
5. Other technical issues.
Please test other signal sources. If "no signal" message still shows on the screen, contact with our sales team for support.
